* Website Breakage Protection: If your website breaks during a theme or plugin upgrade, we will fix the
issue and put it right.
* Standard Service Level Agreement: Initial response within 72 hours, or within 24 hours for high priority support requests.
* Premium Service Level Agreement: Initial response within 48 hours, or within 12 hours for high priority support requests.
* Custom Service Level Agreement: Customised response times to your business needs.
No. Support time / Development time in your Care Plan is set aside for you each month, and therefore is not rolled over. This allows everyone to have a dedicated amount of time allocated and ensures I can provide top class service to each of my clients.
Absolutely. We’d love to have you onboard one of our care plans. We’d prefer if we hosted your website with us so we can offer our full feature set (we’ll talk to you about migrating over to our hosting). We may have to do a quick audit (billable separately) of your website to check it’s up to our standards and error free, once we’ve done this, you’re all good to go.
Of course! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan whenever you like. Please give us an email on email@example.com so we can get you sorted.
We are open Monday through to Friday, 8:30am until 4:30pm. We’re closed on UK Bank Holidays and occasionally for annual leave (planned holidays). Your care plan will have a SLA attached to it, so even outside of these hours you’ll still receive top class support for high priority issues.
Whilst we take every precaution and care to ensure your website is safe and secure, we can never be 100% sure that it will be due to the nature of the internet, and the fact there is always someone out there with malicious intent.
However in the unlikely and rare event that your website goes offline, we can help you with restoring and getting your website back up and running. We run regular backups and have disaster recovery included in all our plans, so you sit back and relax and we’ll kick into action to getting your site backup and running again as soon as humanly possible.
If you need more time on a ad hoc basis or simply would like to increase your support time each month on a regular basis then please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we can amend your website care plan for your needs.
Yes we can. We can support as many websites as you need. And better yet after your first website, we’ll offer you 30% discount off each additional website you add to your care plan, and you can pick and choose a plan for each website too so you can fully tailor your needs.
Nope. You can host with someone else if you choose and we can still provide some of our features from our plans, but it won’t be the same as hosting with us. We won’t be able to offer you the following; 99.9% Uptime guarantee, Fast & Reliable Hosting, Run On 100% Renewable Energy, Limited Backups & Disaster Recovery. You can of course choose to host with us to get the most out of all the care plan features, and we offer a migration service so you don’t have to do anything.
Absolutely. We don’t get in your way, we’re just here to help. You have complete control of your website and making changes, we’re just here to help support you and your goals, and if you need a helping hand with anything, we’ll kick into action.
Yes. Although we’d be sad to see you go, you can cancel at anytime. Just give us an email on email@example.com and we’ll sort you out.
