Monthly retainers can be a great way to help you manage your website. They take the guesswork and stress away meaning you can focus more of your time and energy into other areas of your business all whilst knowing someone with experience is taking good care of your website.
Yes! You can split your retainer hours however you’d like between your different businesses, in a way that works best for you. If you need us to, we can also help advise what may be the best way to do so.

*Example: you have 20 retainer hours with us, you can use 15 on one business and 5 on another if you’d like.
If you use up all your retainer hours, we can provide you with further support on our hourly rate*. If you regularly need more hours, we would also be happy to discuss whether upgrading your retainer to include more hours would be more beneficial. Our retainer plans are designed to save you money as they are offered at a discounted rate.

*Our current hourly rate is £55 an hour, this may be subject to change.
Yes, the work we undertake is set by you. In most cases, you would come to us with the work and any deadline you are working towards. We can work together to meet any deadlines you have and to meet your goals. As much information you can give us at the beginning of a job, the better we can achieve the results you are looking for within the timeframe.
Making sure we utilise your hours to the best of our ability is key. In order to prioritise your tasks correctly, we’d have a discussion about what is most important and talk about anything that is urgent. If you are unsure, we’ll happily advise what we believe is best in our experience.
We will provide you with a digital copy of our time used and you’ll be able to view this anytime upon request. Just ask, and we will happily let you know how many hours are remaining.
