* Website Breakage Protection: If your website breaks during a theme or plugin upgrade, we will fix the
issue and put it right.
* Standard Service Level Agreement: Initial response within 72 hours, or within 24 hours for high priority support requests.
* Premium Service Level Agreement: Initial response within 48 hours, or within 12 hours for high priority support requests.
* Custom Service Level Agreement: Customised response times to your business needs.
Support time and development time in your Care Plan is allocated to you each month and does not roll over. This ensures that everyone has a dedicated amount of time and that we can provide top-notch service to our clients.
Of course! We would be happy to have you sign up for one of our care plans. We would prefer to host your website on our servers so that we can offer our full range of features. We can discuss migrating your website to our hosting if you are interested. We may need to perform a brief audit of your website (billed separately) to ensure that it meets our standards and is free of errors. Once we have completed the audit, you will be good to go.
Of course! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan whenever you like. Please give us an email on email@example.com so we can get you sorted.
Our support team is available Monday through Friday, from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, UK time. We are closed on UK bank holidays and occasionally for planned holidays. However, even outside of these hours, you will still receive top-notch support for high-priority issues, as your care plan includes a service level agreement (SLA).
While we take every precaution to ensure your website is safe and secure, we cannot guarantee that it will never be hacked or compromised. This is due to the nature of the internet, where there are always people with malicious intent.
However, in the unlikely event that your website does go offline, we can help you restore it and get it back up and running. We run regular backups and include disaster recovery in all our plans. So, you can sit back and relax, knowing that we will take action to get your website back up and running as soon as possible.
You can cancel your Care Plan at any time, but please note that there may be a notice period depending on your contract terms. If you are on a monthly rolling plan, there is no notice period. However, if you are paying quarterly, semi-annually, or annually, you can check your contract for the specific notice period.
