Nobody can do everything at once, so having a care plan will help you to keep everything running smoothly, without all the hassle of trying to find the time. Plus, we have multiple different plans, so you get to choose the one which suits your needs best.
Yes! You can purchase as many care plans as you need. Additional websites will be charged individually* but you’ll receive a 25% discount for each additional website you add with us.

*Example: for a £200 a month Growth plan for your first website, any additional Growth website care plans would be offered to you at a 25% discounted rate of £150 per plan per month. Therefore your total cost would be £350 per month for 2 growth care plans.
You can! Anytime you want to upgrade or downgrade your plan, let us know via email and we can make the changes to your plan.
If at any point you want to cancel your plan, you can contact us and we will discuss with you any important details*.

*If you are on a monthly rolling plan then there will be no notice period for cancellation. However, if you have agreed to a 3, 6 or 12-month plan, then there will be a notice period you are required to provide, these details will be included in your care plan contract.
Any unused support or development hours will not be rolled over into the next month*. This is to ensure everyone has a dedicated set of hours in which we provide top-notch support.
